1. Roboform Enterprise - Policy Editor
Using the Policy Editor system administrators can customize various features of RoboForm Enterprise to align with company password standards. Options are listed with an explanation of what each option does, for each customizable feature.
2. Roboform Main Menu (Options) - Browser Toolbar
The RoboForm Toolbar gives you easy, yet secure access to all your passwords. It is the perfect way to access all your favorite web sites as well as fill out online web forms — all in one click. You can even save notes and bookmarks, search the internet, and generate new passwords — all from one toolbar. We recommend that you run RoboForm as a toolbar as this provides the easiest way to use RoboForm and is the most convenient for your employees. The browser toolbar is available for only Internet Explorer browsers and other similar browsers: Avant Browser, MaxThon, NetCaptor, Slim Browser
3. Roboform Main Menu (Options) - Taskbar System Tray Icon
When the main browser used within the company is not Internet Explorer, the RoboForm Taskbar System Tray Icon serves as a great alternative instead of the browser toolbar.
4. Roboform Main Menu (Options) - General Options Dialog
RoboForm has several options that can be customized either by the employee or by the IT Manager prior to installation.
5. Roboform Toolbar/Taskbar - Logins Menu
Click on the logins button and your saved logins will appear. Simply click on your login and RoboForm will:
a) Navigate to the website,
b) Enter Your username and password
c) Click the submit button . . . all in one click!
6. Roboform Toolbar/Taskbar - Random Password Generator
Use the RoboForm Password Generator to create secure random passwords which can be customized for multiple lengths of specifications. RoboForm encourages the use of secure passwords since RoboForm will remember these passwords for you.
7. Roboform Dialog Box - Autosave
Just start using RoboForm right out of the box. If you log into a website that RoboForm has not yet saved as a Passcard, it will simply show you the AutoSave dialogue so you can securely save your login information.
8. Roboform Editors - Passcards
RoboForm securely saves your login information as a Passcard. Use the Passcard Editor to modify/update this information anytime.
9. Roboform Editors - Safenote Editor
Think of SafeNotes as secure "Yellow Stickies." Use safenotes to store any information or lists that you want to remain secure.
10. Roboform Editors - Identity Editor
Enter your information into the Identity Editor only once. Whenever you access long registration or checkout forms simply click on your Identity and RoboForm will fill the entire form for you. You can modify/update your information anytime by using the Identity Editor.
