Secure Tec adheres to the Australian Government Privacy legislation and no contact will be made via email or phone without your expressed permission or without your opted in agreement. The only exception to this policy is where the management consider it necessary due to a serious security alert or to render technical support.

This means that information being transmitted between your Web Browser and Secure Tec is safe from being tampered with. You can view the certificate details by simply double-clicking the padlock .

If, however, you do not wish to provide your credit card details over the Internet you may post a cheque to Suite 3, 175 Boronia Rd, Boronia, Vic 3155, Australia and make the cheque payable to Secure Tec Australasia Pty. Ltd.

What Information Do We Ask For?

What Information Do we Collect?

Firstly, with respect to credit card details, these will only be used to charge you for the products and services which you have ordered. Once processed all credit card details are automatically deleted from our computer systems, this removes all record of your card details automatically once the transaction is processed and your license key is issued.

Information such as your ACN, ABN or registered business name number is collected when registering as a reseller and is used for the purposes of verifying your identity.
We may use your contact details to send you information about us, including promotional material such as information on new products or services that we may offer from time to time. We will not disclose demographic information or individual customers’ details to advertisers and other third parties. .
We will treat all information we collect from you as strictly confidential. This means that we will not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, licence, share or pass onto any third party (other than those who are contracted or supply services to Secure Tec) any personal information that you may have provided to us unless we have your express consent to do so. The exceptions to this will be:
(a) where we are required to disclose such information by law or industry code of conduct;
(b) where we reasonably believe that disclosure may prevent injury or threat to life of a person; and
(c) if we consider it necessary to do so in order to enforce or apply the terms of any of our agreements with you.
Only authorised Secure Tec staff are able to access the facilities where your information is stored.
