Secure Tec Refund Policy
|
|
Secure Tec will refund the total amount of funds paid to our company under the following circumstances:
- If the software provided is faulty.
- If the product is faulty, the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund.
- If the customer questions the electronic payment deducted via their credit card.
- If the customer did not receive delivery of the product.
- If the software does not match the desired outcome the customer expected.
- If the customer finds the software incompatible with other software on their computer system.
- If our support team is unable to get the software working on the customers computer.

Refund criteria
|
|
The customer needs to agree to the following to receive refunds;
- The customer must provide proof of purchase from Secure Tec.
- The customer must delete the software from their computer and refrain from using the refunded software.
- The customer must delete any license keys issued.
- The customer agrees that Secure Tec is not liable once the refund is made to the customer.
- The customer agrees that Secure Tec is not liable for any damage the customer alleges the software has caused.
- Refunds will NOT be made if the customer finds the software available for a cheaper price from another retailer.
- Refunds will NOT be given after 90 days of the software purchase, unless the software is faulty.
