When you create a new RoboForm Identity you are asked what Country your Identity resides in. The Country setting affects presentation format of the Identity Editor and form filling rules.
RoboForm respects the form filling traditions of your country. It knows the territorial units of your country, format of phone numbers, birth dates, post codes, and so on. It also knows phone Country Code and long distance prefix.
2. Identity Protection by Master Password
Protected/Unprotected indicates and changes your identity protection status.
- Protected means that Master Password is required to open this identity.
- Unprotected means that no password is require to view and use this identity.
3. Edit personal form filling data
Identity data is presented in several tabs. You can switch between tabs by clicking their headings. Each tab can have several instances. For example, each instance of Credit Card tab represents one credit card, so you can have more than one credit card in an Identity.
4. Delete, Rename and Clone Identities
In the Identity Editor and Delete, Rename or Clone (Copy) commands can be found. Conveniently RoboForm will perform the selected command.
5. Clone your Identity and change its Country of Identity.
For those contantly on the move, clonning the identiy and then changing the country is the best option when you move countries. Changing Country may cause some fields to lose their values or values may become corrupted, because different countries have different sets of fields, with different formats, hence clonning your idenity is highly recommended before changing coutries.
6. Print/Email your identities.
Sometimes printing a specific list of identities or simply email them is what is needed. Roboform's printing and emailing action let you do complete this task without much effort.
